Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) has extended the last date of application for more than 9000 vacancies for the posts of Sub Inspector, Platoon Commander and Fire Officer-II. Last date of application has been increased for the second time as the candidates who have not yet applied for UP Police Recruitment 2021, now have the time till June 15. UP Police Senior Inspector Jobs 2021 Eligibility Criteria :
(i). Educational Qualification required for UP Police Jobs 2021 :
Candidates having Graduation Degree from UGC recognized University/Institute will be eligible to apply for UP Police Recruitment.

UP Police SI Recruitment 2021 : Big relief from High Court for overage candidates in Daroga Recruitment 2021
The Allahabad High Court has directed the candidates to accept their applications, giving huge relief to the ineligible candidates due to exceeding the maximum age limit of 28 years in Daroga Recruitment 2021. This order was given by Justice JJ Munir on the plea of Sushil Kumar Singh and others after hearing advocates Tarun Agarwal and Prashant Mishra and public prosecutor.
The court directed the Police Recruitment Board to accept the applications of those petitioners whose age is not more than 28 years of age on July 1, 2018. It also said that the final result of all such candidates will not be declared without the permission of the court.

Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Online Written Examination, Document Verification (DV), and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The online written examination will be of a total of 400 marks. Candidates who have to score more than 35% in each subject and more than 50% in aggregate will be required.
