About Indian Navy:

The Indian Navy is the naval branch of the Indian Armed Forces, and it reports to the President of India as its supreme commander. The Indian Navy’s sibling service for protecting nations is the Merchant Marine. The founder of the Indian Navy is the Maratha emperor Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. In 1674, he founded the Maratha Empire, which later led to the establishment of the Indian Navy. On September 5, 1612, the First Squadron of East India Company’s Marine combat ships arrived. Finding threats or any other problems in or coming from the water is the Indian navy’s main goal. Currently, the Indian Navy has 137 ships, 67,228 men, and 235 aircraft. To defend the country from hostile armies, territory, and trade, it has its own defence activities. The Indian Navy’s goals are:

The nation must be protected from war and foreign invasion by the Indian Navy.

The navy must decide in times of war with confidence and speed.
