• This is a full-time job within the Brand Communications team. This role will provide valuable support with digital communications, on social media, email and web platforms.
• This role will also provide ad-hoc support on the key projects as well as reporting across the team.

• You will make a Brand and Communications tasks Monitoring of analytics and statistics (i.e. monthly web views of company’s author platform Author Hub and brand pages, customer engagement with various social media channels, completion of KPI dashboard, coordination of campaign highlight reports) 
• Working on social media accounts (regular posting, creation content, engagement, responding on company’s social media accounts wherever appropriate also managing join requests and queries) 
• Responsible for Monitoring of Brand Comms email inboxes, Check and responding to queries or passing on to relevant internal contacts.
• As a digital marketer you being a point of contact for video advice and approvals
