About HPNLU: The State Government of Himachal Pradesh founded the Himachal Pradesh National Law University in 2016 through a legislative act (Act 16 of 2016). The University officially opened its doors on October 5, 2016. Based on their performance in several national level admission exams, the first batch of B.A.LL.B. students were admitted. The University launched its own entrance exam, known as HPNLET, in 2017-2018 and continued it for the academic year 2018-2019 for admissions to a variety of programmes, including B.A.LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., LL.M. (a one-year programme with two specialisations in criminal and constitutional law), and Ph.D. programmes.

Law research associate:

According to the HPNLU, Executive and Service Regulations 2020 and the UGC Regulations 2018 for the position of Assistant Professor of Law.

Hostel Warden:                                                                                                                                                                           

He or she must have a postgraduate degree in any field with at least a 55 percent grade point average and at least one year of work experience in a school. Postgraduate degrees in law will be preferred.

Male Security Guard:

10th-grade diploma from a reputable school board. The most recent ex-servicemen to be released from the military are preferred.

Age Limit:
age range: 18 to 45 Observer, hostel warden, and research associate

Vacancies overall:

Hostel Warden – 2 Posts Security Guard – 15 Posts Research Associate – 1

Salary:

40,000 for a research associate (law), 50,000 for a hostel warden, and 4900 to 10680 for a security guard.

Selection Procedures for HPNLU Recruitment in 2022:

Written tests and interviews will be used to make the selection. Considering the volume of applicants compared to the number of openings and other factors, the University has the decision to forgo the written examination for the position. The University may establish a direct selection criterion based on the essential qualifications specified in the Regulations, (where applicable), in place of written test scores, and may conduct interviews, skill tests, or evaluations of all qualified applicants directly.

Hostel Warden: 2500 rupees

Security guard: Rs. 1,200 (Rs. 600 for SC, OBC, and EWS).
