PUC/Intermediate or SSLC + 3 years of ex-military (combatant) experience
Fitter:
ITI + NAC/NCTVT Fitter

28 years as a security guard/fitness instructor

HAL Recruitment Selection Process:
- Candidates will be chosen through a written test. The Written Exam will last 2 12 hours. The exam will be divided into three sections, each of which will include Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Part I will include 20 questions on general awareness, and Part II will include 40 questions on English and reasoning. Part III will include 100 questions on the relevant discipline. Each question is worth one mark, and there are no negative marks.
- Candidates will be chosen solely based on their performance in the Written Test, in the order of merit. Candidates who pass the Written Test will be called in order of merit for Document Verification. The performance in the Written Test will be used to make the final decision. The number of candidates called for Document Verification will be limited to the number of notified positions (by discipline or category).
