graduation (B.Tech/B.E in Civil/Electrical Engineering) from any university recognised by the Government of India or its regulatory authorities with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55 percent marks/CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD). 6 years minimum of experience
Manager (B-level):
Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% or a CGPA of 6.5 or higher (55 percent or a CGPA of 6 or higher for SC, ST, or PWD students) from any institution, the National Défense Academy, or an open university recognised by the Indian government or its regulating agencies at least three years’ experience
Administration:
Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D: Graduation Degree from a recognised University with English and Hindi as core subjects and a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55 percent marks/CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD from any University recognised by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies).
Master’s degree from a university accredited by the Indian government or its regulatory organisations, in Hindi, English, or Sanskrit with Hindi. Or a graduation degree from an accredited university with English as a required subject and a minimum grade point average of 60 percent (55 percent for SC, ST, and PWD students, or a grade point average of 6 or higher).
Grade C for Assistant General Manager (AGM):
A graduation degree from an accredited university with Hindi and English as core subjects and a minimum 60 percent grade point average (CGPA) of 6.5 or higher is required (55 percent for SC, ST, and PWD students and a CGPA of 6 or higher is required for all other students).
Master’s degree from a university accredited by the Indian government or its regulatory organisations, in Hindi, English, or Sanskrit with Hindi. Or
