Finance graduate trainee:
For SC candidates, a minimum of 50% of the total grade point average is required, and for Graduate Trainee (HR), a minimum of 60%: CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate/ Graduate in Commerce from a recognised Indian University:
HR graduate trainee:
Graduate in any discipline from an accredited Indian university with a minimum overall score of 50% for SC applicants and 60% for all other candidates.
Technical Diploma Trainee:
3 years of mining, chemical, mechanical, electrical, civil, electronic, and instrumentation engineering training with a minimum of 60% for SC/ST applicants and 50% for all other candidates.
Rajbhasha junior supervisor:
Obtaining a master’s degree from an accredited university in Hindi with English as a required or optional subject or as the language of examination at the degree level or obtaining a master’s degree from an accredited university in English with Hindi as a required or optional subject or as the language of examination at the degree level. AND Experience: One (1) year of relevant work experience after graduation
Personal Secretary:
With a degree in any field and a 40 wpm English typing speed as well as stenographic abilities, you can graduate with English as a required or elective course or as the medium of examination. Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office and other programmes are prerequisites. Experience: One (1) year of post-degree work in a related field
Trainee Tradesperson (ITI):
You must have completed your SSC or its equivalent, as well as ITI or NAC, and have two years of relevant work experience.
Chemical plant attendant operator:
Must possess an SSC or equivalent, ITI or NAC certification as an Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), or +(plus) 2 Science (Intermediate/Higher Secondary) credits with Chemistry as one of the topics and a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50%, as well as two years of experience.

Selection Criteria for IREL Recruitment:
The method of selection for all positions would include I am written test (First Level Test); (ii) a skill test, trade test, computer proficiency test, and psychometric test (Second Level Test); and/or (iii) any combination of these tests as may be deemed appropriate or necessary by the Competent Authority. For post codes with PC1 through PC5, the written test will be computer-based, and for PC6, PC7, and PC8, it will be paper-based. Candidates who meet the qualifying conditions, such as age, education, and experience requirements, will be invited to take an objective-type written test with multiple-choice questions.
The question booklet for the written exam will be available in both Hindi and English. Even during the review process, IREL has the authority to remove or cancel any question from the written test. The following will be on the written test’s (first level) question paper:
The following positions will be subject to computer-based testing (CBT). The examination will last 120 minutes. There won’t be any failing grades.
