Education Qualification.
1. Graduate engineer trainee (Chemical) should have 1st class degree in Chemical Engineering stream with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
2. Graduate engineer trainee (Electrical) should have 1st class degree in Electrical Engineering stream with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
3. Graduate engineer trainee (Instrumentation) should have 1st class degree in Instrumentation Engineering stream with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
4. Graduate engineer trainee (Mechanical) should have 1st class degree in Mechanical/ electronics Engineering stream with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
5. Graduate engineer trainee (Civil) should have degree in Civil Engineering stream with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
6. Graduate engineer trainee (IIS) should have degree in Computer science stream with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
7. Management Trainee (Finance)  should have 2 years full time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance.
8. Officer (Finance) should be a CA & have associate membership of ICAI.

Age Limit.
1. The upper age limit for the Officer (Finance) candidate is 32 years.
2. The upper age limit for the all other positions is 30 years.

Salary Package.
1. Salary for the Post of Graduate Engineer Trainees will be Rs 60,000/- to Rs 1,80,000/-.
2. Salary for the post of Officer (Finance) is Rs 60,000/- to Rs 1,80,000/-.
