Qualifications for work:
Academic Young Professionals:
Master’s Degree in Arts/Sciences or BE/B.Tech or 02 Years PG Diploma in Management or MBBS, LLB, CA, ICWA or Possession of any professional degree achieved after a study of 04 years or more acquired after 10+2 with 02-year experience.
ARM (Young Professional):
Graduate in any discipline with a certificate/diploma in sports management from a reputable institute (certificate/diploma duration must be more than 06 months) and two years of experience. OR 01-year experience with an MBA/Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) from a recognised university/institution.
Age Limits:
Candidates seeking for the position of Young Professionals must be at least 35 years old.

Young Professionals (Academics): 1 position; Young Professionals (ARM): 3–4 positions
Salary:
Young Professionals earn between Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 60,000 each month.

Example- In the case of candidate with B.Tech& Master’s degree, marks obtained in B.Tech will be considered: a. Greater or equal to 75% – 40 Marks b. 60% – 75% – 30 Marks c. 45% – 60% – 20 Marks d. Less than 45% – 0 Marks ii. Work experience is weighted (30 points) and is broken down as follows: a. More than 02 years – 30 points c. 1–2 Years–20 Points iii.
